Karotz Controller application not available at the moment
Hi all,
As you may have noticed, the Karotz Controller application is not working anymore since Sunday evening.
The new version of this application that was released on iTunes at the end of last week has an issue. As such, we have then decided to deactivate Karotz Controller at this time, and block access to it from our side, until we solve this issue.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We are working on fixing this issue as quickly as possible, in order to reactivate this application so you can discover all the great new features available.
Meanwhile, if you try to launch this application from your smartphone or tablet, you will receive a message indicating that none of your Karotz are available, even though they are connected to Internet.

Well… thanks for the update, but this isn’t terribly surprising yet. So far I’ve purchased a $129.00 clock, because the only thing that actually works is the app that tells the time every hour. Hardly what I signed up for.

There are many applications currently available on the US store from Radios, to RSS, games and many more! Should you come across an application that doesn’t work, please email us at support [at] karotz.com so we can look into the issue.

I had a short try on the “new” controller and found no difference. From my point of view it is useless, as long as I can not communicate with the karotz my my other family members! nabaztag had better communication features than we have seen for karotz since it exists!

Hello,
At this time, you are unable to control other Karotz’s that aren’t yours via the Karotz Controller. However, in the coming weeks we will have a brand new application that will let you view your friends and family’s Karotz’ webcam, send messages, send audio files and more! Please stay tuned for that!
